Your privacy is important to DraperFit.com. By becoming a member, you also consent to privacy practices to the extent you are covered by laws requiring your consent for data transfer to the United States, you agree that your data may be transferred to the United States and collected and used.

PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password(s) you are given to access the site, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password(s). You agree to notify DraperFit.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your password(s).

DraperFit.com is concerned about the security of personal information we have collected from you and has taken reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to that information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership to DraperFit.com at any time. This can be done through your account on DraperFit.com. There is no refund or exchange of the membership fee you signed up for, but all future charges against your credit card account will be stopped as long as you take it upon yourself to cancel your membership at least 3-5 business days before your billing date to guarantee that you will not be billed in the next cycle (your banking system will determine this).

When you cancel your DraperFit.com membership you will have access to the Members Area until the day your current membership level expires, even if you cancel before that membership level expires.

All Free Trials must be Canceled before the Trial Period is up. The Credit Card used upon Registration will be billed the non-refundable membership price starting the day that the Free Trial Ends.

Membership Payments, Cancellations & Renewals

PAYMENT

Every billing cycle (each month for monthly memberships & each quarter for quarterly memberships) your account will be charged the fee stated at the time of purchase. Once you've successfully completed this sign-up process and agree to these terms on DraperFit.com and your payment is confirmed, your membership will begin.

RENEWALS & CANCELLATION

Your monthly & quarterly membership subscription will renew each billing cycle AUTOMATICALLY, unless you cancel on DraperFit.com.

MISCELLANEOUS

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Arizona, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of DraperFit.com, products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona USA. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of DraperFit.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. DraperFit.com’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. DraperFit.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. DraperFit.com may modify these terms and conditions, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. DraperFit.com reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time.
