9 Ways to Get Rid of Stubborn Fat

Stubborn fat, you know the kind, everyone has it.... It's your bodies favorite place to store fat and the hardest to lose. For most men, its around the waist, and most women its arms and hips. You can be very lean and still have it... Though its normal, heres 9 ways to get rid of it!

1. Be in a calorie deficit (duh!)

2. Hydrate (1/2 bw in ounces of water daily)

3. Lift heavy weights 3-4x a week

4. Eat around 30g of protein at every meal

5. Sleep 7-9 hours a night

6. Do HIIT workouts

7. Eat HEALTHY food, foods that are nutrient dense

8. Eat more fiber

9. Reduce stress!
