Long time, no see


I'm going to be very honest with you all in this blog. For a long time here recently, I hit a slump... I have talked about everything there is to talk about in the fitness world, I've done all the research necessary to provide you guys with the most updated scientific studies, I've done post after post, blog after blog, and for a while, I felt as if no one was out there listening. So, I just stopped posting, because I felt like I have talked about everything, why post if people aren't listening.

Not to mention, I didn't know how I wanted to continue with my personal fitness journey. Did I want to do crossfit? Do another bodybuilding show? Do neither? What would be better for me long term? I was in a slump, I wasn't eating the best, I wasn't training hard, I was just hitting a point where I didn't know what I wanted to do. No goal there than to help as many people as possible, but no personal goal to reach after.

After talking with my wife (my biggest supporter), we came to the conclusion I need to be more personal. Show how I train, how I eat, how I live, how everything! I give you guys the videos, the science, the everything, but one thing I can't show in a video, is how, not even I am perfect, no one is. No personal trainer or even fitness personality is, even The Rock. Everyone gets off their diet, everyone has these weeks of being in a slump and its hard to start back. BUT the most important thing is being constant. So, I will be doing more than just supplying the science for you all from now on. I will be giving the best advice on how to eat out at fast food places, how to bounce back after a bad day, the workouts I do, the cardio I do. How I train clients, more of my clients success and how they overcome obstacles in their life. Anything to inspire and help you all with your fitness goals, no matter the obstacle!
